This class is designed for families and groups to introduce the past time of camping; learn camp craft, address myths about the outdoors, and build confidence. Expect to learn how to choose equipment, plan a camping trip, choose a campsite, set up camp, fire craft, and camp cooking. Emergency Camping
This class is designed for staying in the wilderness when the worst has happened. This is minimalist camping but encourages choosing the right equipment and staying prepared. Customers learn how to improvise shelter, build a fire, acquire food and water, knots, signaling, and how to be found. Wilderness Survival Camping
This class is designed for both those looking to build on existing camping skills or those wanting to learn how to survive with limited supplies in the backcountry. Multiple formats are available depending on age and experience levels. Customers will learn about building shelter, creating tools, acquiring food, building fire, knots, and sustained living. Although the outdoors are our ideal classroom, we can be booked to do PowerPoint presentations, traditional classroom lectures, or table presentations.
